You’ll attend virtual learning sessions along with select in-person workshops, meetups, and the final Capstone Conclave.

How much time will I need to commit each week?

Around 4–6 hours per week, including mentoring sessions, masterclasses, project work, and self-learning. It’s designed to be challenging but manageable alongside college or early work roles.

What kind of mentorship will I receive?

You’ll be paired with a senior woman leader - a CXO, founder, or experienced professional who will mentor you through monthly 1:1 sessions across the year. Think of your mentor as your guide, cheerleader, and sounding board helping you build confidence, clarity, and leadership mindset.

What kind of live projects will I work on?

You’ll work on real business challenges shared by industry partners, and other new-age companies.

What happens during the Capstone Conclave?

The Capstone Conclave is where you shine. Fellows design, plan, and execute a large-scale public event, managing ideation, partnerships, operations, stage management, and presentations. It’s a powerful moment of leadership, confidence, and celebration.

Will I get placement support after the fellowship?

Yes, absolutely. Every fellow with over 85% attendance receives career guidance and placement support to help secure meaningful job opportunities aligned with her interests and strengths. Our goal is to ensure you step into the workplace with clarity and confidence.

Is there any program fee?

No. It’s completely FREE. The Future Ready Naari Fellowship is a fully-funded, zero-cost program. All learning experiences, mentorship, masterclasses, live projects, and the Capstone Conclave are supported by our partners. Because we believe money should never limit potential.

Will I receive a stipend during the fellowship?

The fellowship does not offer a stipend. However, you will receive strong placement support, career mentoring, and deep industry exposure to help you secure meaningful job opportunities after the program.
