Nimaya (a not for profit) is a career accelerator for women with big dreams, but restrictive circumstances. We provide access to exposure in skills that are necessary to thrive in the new world of work.
We identify women who want to break out of their limiting circumstances and invite them to join our program. The key focus is to bridge the skill and exposure gap between the education they may have received and what the industry today demands.
At Nimaya we want to add an additional layer to exposure provided by formal educational institutions to enhance employability of our learners.
