Our Why

The world of work is changing faster than ever.

As automation replaces routine jobs, degrees and technical skills alone no longer guarantee growth.

Where a woman is born is her starting point, not a ceiling of possibilities.

Nearly half of India’s population is women. With many coming from challenging socio-economic backgrounds and graduating from an outdated education system that does not prepare them for meaningful jobs in the future of work.

Co-founded by Navya Nanda and Samyak Chakrabarty, Nimaya is on a mission to ensure our naaris have an edge in leveraging AI at work instead of being at risk of being replaced by it.

Our mission is to ensure every Nimaya Naari begins her journey on equal footing with her most privileged peers.
